ABOUT THE BROWN BAG PROJECT

How did we start?

Last September, we were inspired by the situation around us, especially with the ongoing pandemic, to create care packages for the homeless. We immediately created a GoFundMe page and exceeded our goal, raising over $1,100 within a week. We spent Columbus Day weekend delivering over 140 packages to the homeless of the Austin area.

 

What makes BBP different than other organizations is that we provide a hands-on experience and opportunity to witness firsthand situations of those who are less than fortunate. If you would like to help, click the button below!
